Four things I built for my own week first.

Each one started as something that was costing me hours or quietly not getting done. I built the fix, lived with it for a few months, and then handed it to the founders I coach. They are all free, and they all run without me.

Where to start

Take the one that matches this week.

They are numbered because they compound in that order, though nobody has to do all four. Pick by what is actually true for you right now. Each one says who should skip it, and I mean those parts.

  1. The Solo Hot Seat

    • 25 minutes
    • Pen and paper
    • No AI at all

I started my first company at thirteen, and somewhere along the way people quit asking me real questions. This is a piece of the room I run for founders, built for one person, alone, with the phone in another room.

    • Start here when what you need is a better question rather than a faster answer.
  2. The First Hour

    • One hour
    • Two prompts
    • Sets itself up

I had AI for a year before it was worth much. What changed was an hour spent on my own week instead of on the tool. This walks through the audit, builds a memory so you stop reintroducing yourself every conversation, does one real piece of your work, and leaves a weekly check-in running that reads your calendar before asking how things went.

    • Start here if you are new to this, or if you have been poking at it for months without much to show.
  3. Find Your Voice

    • About an hour
    • Uses your own writing
    • Done once

AI drafts fast, and it drafts the same way for everyone. I spent hundreds of hours trying to teach it to sound like me before I found something that held. It builds a profile from what you have already written, and every draft after that starts from you.

    • Do this before anything goes out under your name. Posts, newsletters, client emails, a book.
  4. The Weekly Harvest

    • Runs weekly
    • Set up once
    • Wants the voice profile

Somewhere in twenty hours of talking I say the truest version of something I believe, once, to one person, and then it is gone. This reads every conversation recorded that week, finds the moments worth saying again, and writes them the way I would have.

    • Do this if you are on calls constantly and the best things you say never make it past the call.
Before you start

A few honest notes.

Don't want to do this alone?

All four run without me, and that is deliberate. What none of them will do is sit across from you while you work out what you are actually building. That is what the Royals Mastermind is, an ongoing room of founders who stay in each other's business long enough to be useful.
